I’m here to walk alongside people who are ready to grow beyond old patterns and move into their highest potential. For 30 years I’ve trained across various traditions and using a wide variety of tools not to become better or improve but to be an authentic expression of who I truly am. I’m here to help people reconnect with their core values, find inner strength not born of separation and live into a sense of purpose in each moment. 

My role is to support you in discovering what truly matters to you, not what you have rehearsed to give you security and pleasure.  I know how hard this work is to go beyond our old ways. I have lived it and continue to do so. Together we will discover your authentic self untainted by childish ways. We will engage in practical steps to build a life of training, service and creative expression that reflects your best self. Whether you’re rebuilding after addiction or just exhausted from the old compensatory ways you’ve been holding, I will meet you right where you are.  I’m here to serve and support you in a way that is grounded, respectful and real.
